What is natural wine?
What does it mean to be low intervention?
Let’s start at the beginning, thinking with natural wine, and thinking further into ideas of process, method and naturalness. We’ll talk about the various aliveness-es and deadness-es of wine and we’ll look at different forms of wine, orange, sparkling and sweet.
6.30-8.30pm with one hour discussion and drinking time afterwards.
We’ll try 5 wines and bread, butter and nuts are included.
